TASTING COMMENTS
The nose is fruity and offers a very fine intensity. The wine is best decanted. There are notes of Morello cherry, very ripe blackcurrant and, to a lesser extent, licorice, combined with fine hints of violet, crushed strawberry, toasted notes, chocolate and a very discreet hint of coffee/toasted bread (in the background).
Fruity, fresh, mineral and balanced on the palate, with juiciness, fine tension and precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, very ripe blackcurrant and, more lightly, morello cherry, combined with fine hints of very ripe raspberry, licorice, tonka bean and an imperceptible hint of coffee (in the background). Well-balanced tannins.

BLENDING
- 55 % Cabernet Sauvignon
- 35 % Merlot
- 5 % Malbec
- 3 % Petit Verdot
- 2 % Cabernet Franc
To obtain the best wine in terms of flavor and aroma, after careful selection, we decided to use a blend of Cabernet franc and Merlot grapes. These varieties grow in the heart of the Médoc and characterize the aromatic structure and elegance of this excellent wine.
