Château Les Moines - 2018

Price

€13.90

This Cru Bourgeois combines 70% Cabernet Sauvignon with a hint of Merlot; a most balanced and refined Medoc blend. You'll love its round, structured palate with remarkable ripe fruit flavors and hints of licorice from the Cabernet Sauvignon. Notes of vanilla and toasted hazelnut contribute to a long finish.

An excellent example of a traditional, savory Bordeaux from a great vintage. Château Les Moines boasts a dark ruby-purple color and aromas of fleshy black plums, cassis and tobacco with hints of smoked meat. Full-bodied, with dark, savory flavors and firm, full tannins. Excellent balance and at its peak now, this freshly arrived vintage, a warm year that showcases fine tannins and good fruit intensity.
